Gravel

$4,999.99 $6,200.00 19% Off
Whether your goal is to escape on gravel back roads, far from cars and crowds, or drop the hammer at the front of your favorite gravel race, no bike does it better than the new Diverge. It's quite simply the fastest, most capable, and just maybe the most fun bike we've ever made, delivering a ride that's quick and lively under power but stable and confidence-inspiring when the terrain gets rough. From Future Shock 2.0 and all-new gravel geometry to internal storage and category-leading tire clearance, the new Diverge represents everything we've learned over more than 40 years of riding road, gravel, and dirt. The Diverge writes an entirely new chapter in the gravel bike category, so you can dream up entirely new rides. It's the ultimate getaway vehicle. With a FACT 9r carbon frame and Future Shock 2.0, the Diverge Expert will have you riding faster and more confidently over more terrain than you ever imagined possible. SRAM's wireless Rival eTap AXS 12-speed groupset delivers quick, crisp shifting, and Roval Terra Carbon wheels mated to Pathfinder Pro 42mm tires ensure performance across smooth pavement, dirt roads, and gravel tracks. A Roval Terra seat post keeps the Diverge Expert perfectly balanced for the ultimate ride. - Nothing unlocks a bike's capability like tire clearance, so we gave the new Diverge a whopping 47mm of tire clearance with a 700c wheel and 2.1 with a 650B wheel. Thanks to a drive-side chainstay utilizing a solid beam of carbon behind the chainrings we've created clearance without using a fragile dropped chainstay design or increasing chainstay length. - Speed, control, and confidence - Future Shock 2.0 is the ultimate technology for the gravel rider. With 20mm of axial compliance and a hydraulic damper, Future Shock 2.0 suspends the rider, not the bike. This keeps you confident, in control, and able to keep the power down and stay off the brakes over rough dirt roads and in thick loose gravel, all while keeping your hands, arms, and neck fresh. Since Future Shock 2.0's damper is adjustable, you'll be ready for the rough stuff and efficient on smooth pavement. - The more capable your bike, the bigger your rides get, so Diverge borrows SWAT internal storage from the legendary Stumpy. The SWAT door lets you utilize space in the down tube to store tools, a flat kit, nutrition, and even our SWAT Jacket. It keeps weight off your body, low in the bike for better handling, and makes you more self-sufficient, so get out there. SWAT's got your back. - We tossed gravel geometry status-quo out the window. The new Diverge has the most progressive geometry we've ever created for a drop-bar bike, giving riders a capable and stable bike in the dirt that still feels responsive and nimble on the road. We've increased the frame's reach and introduced a slacker head tube and a longer-offset fork. All this creates incredible confidence with a planted feeling in the dirt, while spec'ing shorter stems keep the overall cockpit length the same and the steering lively. We've kept the bike's BB low to increase stability, but high enough to utilize with 650B wheels, if that's your jam. - We've given the Diverge plenty of rack mounts, including fork and top tube mounts, to ensure you can take what you need, no matter how far you plan to go or how long you plan to stay out. - With a FACT 9r carbon frame, the Diverge Expert frame is incredibly capable and race-bike light. Pin it for your local dirt climb KOM, or grind up a giant backcountry peak—the light and lively Diverge will get you there faster.

We believe that at the heart of every rider is an adventurer, ready to seek out new roads, regardless of whether they're paved or not. And for this reason, we created a bike that's built to handle anything. The Sequoia Expert eliminates the need to choose from a dedicated touring rig or a road bike, instead combining the two in a single, genre-shattering bike. The Sequoia's path to adventure starts at the frame, which we constructed from a mix of Premium Cr-Mo tubing and stainless steel. This material is coveted for its strength, respectable weight, and tuned ride quality. And we took this a step further by selecting tubes that are specific to each frame size, further ensuring that every frame rides exactly as we intended. Of course, this is only a piece of the equation, with the next being its dedicated Adventure Geometry. This geometry is unique in that it skews the line between a traditional road bike and a dedicated touring rig. You'll find an ample wheelbase and low bottom bracket for control, but the chainstays and tube angles ensure that you'll be able to travel efficiently and quickly, regardless of whether or not your rig is loaded. Digging into the details, the frame is outfitted with an ample number of mounts for water, racks, and fenders. And for the build, we included a carbon fork and reliable parts, like a SRAM Force 1 groupset, powerful hydraulic disc brakes, and hand-built Cruzero wheels that are cased in wide, 2Bliss Ready tires. - The Sequoia is built from our Premium Cr-Mo, size-specific tubing. This ensures that every frame is strong, light, and capable, while every frame size rides exactly as we intended. This philosophy is furthered with our Adventure Geometry that provides ample confidence over rough and smooth terrain, alike. And lastly, we equipped this frame with fender & rack mounts to make sure you'll be well equipped whenever adventure strikes. - A beefy FACT carbon fiber fork is sure to take the sting out of harsh roads. And when you're deep into said roads, you'll be thankful for the extra water bottle mount found on its fork leg. - Hand-built Adventure Gear Cruzero wheels are cased in 700x42mm 2Bliss Ready tires to be tough, strong, and fast rolling. It's the ideal wheelset for anyone looking to skip town at speed.

Smoother, faster, lighter, more control—all could be used to describe Specialized's Roubaix Expert Ultegra UDi2, but if you had to pick just one word, it would be "revolutionary." The cutting-edge frame is paired with an S-Works Roubaix Disc fork, which is built from Specialized's top-end FACT 11r carbon fiber for supreme stiffness, strength, and reactivity, while a thru-axle design bolsters all of the above. The Diverge Comp has been designed from the bottom-up to be a fully-fledged exploration machine. It's also as adept at crushing dirt climbs as it is cruising to the coffee shop or hopping into a local group ride. And while it might sound cliché and hyperbolic, the Diverge Comp truly is one bike that does it all. The Diverge frame will comfortably fit up to 700x42mm tires with plenty of room for mud, too. Weight was a large factor in the development, so Specialized took some design cues from the Roubaix with a FACT 9r carbon frame that's one of the lightest in the category. Specialized opted for a new Open Road Geometry. We know what you're thinking, "it's just another marketing term," but they truly did develop an entirely new geometry. Think of it as a road version of modern trail bike geometry. It provides playful handling and predictable steering for endless dirt skids and mid-corner drifts. The geo features a bottom bracket that's over a half-centimeter lower than the previous Diverge, a slacked-out head tube angle, short chainstays, and a short wheelbase. These changes make for a bike that's not only fun in the dirt, but also performs well on the road. Since there's only so much that wider tires with lower pressures can absorb, Specialized implemented a new version of their Future Shock into the Diverge design. It not only soaks up bumps with ease, but adds the benefit of extremely predictable handling. That's because the wheelbase isn't lengthening when you hit a bump, so the front end of the Diverge keeps the same effective head tube angle. In other words, when you dive hard into a turn, you won't be surprised by under steer or sloppy handling. Unlike the original Future Shock, the Diverge's version features a progressive spring that makes this technology more suitable for off-road applications, where stiffer suspension is often needed to soak-up larger bumps and obstacles. Specialized topped it off with three water bottle mounts and mounts for racks and fenders. So while it's one of the most smile-inducing bikes you'll ever shred fire roads on, it's equally adept at bike packing, commuting, or even a spin to your local brewery. The Diverge Comp is spec'd to keep you shifting crisply and braking smoothly mile after mile, with a Shimano 105 groupset, Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, and an tough Axis Elite wheelset.

Looking for a bike to explore the road less traveled, while keeping room in your wallet for a mid-ride cappuccino? Look no further than the Ruby Sport. The frame is among the lightest that we've ever made, and it's been constructed from our superlative FACT 9r carbon fiber. Its stiffness levels are also off the charts, and compared to the SL4 iteration of yesteryear, you'll experience a whole new, faster, and more efficient geometry. Through some engineering sorcery, however, we've managed to keep the same fit, feel, and position that we've all come to love from the SL4's Women's Endurance Geometry. Of course, you're probably thinking, "get on to the suspension thing up front." We call it Future Shock, and essentially, it's a piston in the head tube with 20mm of travel. We developed this technology in partnership with McLaren Applied Technologies, and the result of this are a host of drastic performance improvements, namely in the vertical compliance department. Without giving a physics lecture, we found that focusing on vertical compliance, instead of fork splay, meant that we could improve smoothness, speed, and comfort in one fell swoop. And of all the bikes that we've tested with our Rolling Efficiency Model, the new Ruby outperforms anything on the market. Lastly, we spec'd it with a host of components that blur the lines between steadfast reliability and outright performance, Shimano 105 shifting, hassle-free mechanical disc brakes, durable Axis Sport Disc wheels, and a women's-specific saddle. - Featuring our Rider-First Engineered design that ensures every frame size has the same legendary responsiveness and smooth ride quality that you'd expect from a Ruby. The FACT 9r frameset is exceptional in every way, offering the ideal blend of light overall weight and targeted stiffness. Meanwhile, the all-new Future Shock "suspension" system at the cockpit delivers a revolutionary degree of comfort and control. - The Ruby Disc fork is built from our extraordinary FACT carbon fiber for supreme stiffness, strength, and reactivity, while a thru-axle design only stands to bolster all of the above. - Comes equipped with a 25lbs spring installed (color: black, weight: medium), and also includes both 13lbs (color: blue, weight: soft) and 40lbs (color: yellow, weight: firm) springs that can be installed to match the terrain you're riding.

Tired of rough roads wearing you out? We were, too. But where we see a problem, we can't help ourselves but to make a solution. And in this circumstance, that solution takes the shape of the Ruby Expert. The frame is among the lightest that we've ever made, and it's been constructed from our superlative FACT 10r carbon fiber. Its stiffness levels are also off the charts, and compared to the SL4 iteration of yesteryear, you'll experience a whole new, faster, and more efficient geometry. So long Zertz. It's been fun, but we found someone better for us. In our humble opinion, the Roubaix Pro represents the future of road bikes, and in a second, you'll see exactly why. The super-light frame has been constructed from our FACT 10r carbon fiber. Its stiffness levels are also off the charts, and compared to the SL4 iteration of yesteryear, you'll experience a whole new, faster, and more efficient geometry. Through some engineering sorcery, however, we've managed to keep the same fit, feel, and position that we've all come to love from the SL4, and kept it consistent throughout the size-range due to our Rider-First Engineered construction. And of all the bikes that we've tested with our Rolling Efficiency Model, the new Roubaix outperforms anything on the market. Lastly, we spec'd it top of the line equipment, like Dura-Ace 9100 mechanical shifting, 9120 hydraulic disc brakes, and the lightweight and durable Roval CL 32 carbon wheels. - Featuring our Rider-First Engineered design that ensures every frame size has the same legendary responsiveness and smooth ride quality that you'd expect from a Roubaix. The FACT 11r frameset is among our highest quality carbon offerings, with the ideal blend of light overall weight and targeted stiffness, while the all-new Future Shock "suspension" system at the cockpit delivers a revolutionary degree of comfort and control. - An S-Works FACT Disc fork is built from our FACT carbon fiber for supreme stiffness, strength, and reactivity, while a thru-axle design only stands to bolster all of the above. - The Roval CL 32 wheelset is light, strong, and well-balanced. You'll find the same rims found on its CLX cousin, with the main differences coming at the bearings and hubs—hardly discernable to mere mortal riders.

The idea of a perfect road is a myth, as there's always a chip, a crack, a rough patch—you name it. But with our Roubaix Elite, you'll be taming wild asphalt without any extra effort. This is how road bikes were always meant to be. The super-light frame has been constructed from our FACT 10r carbon fiber. Its stiffness levels are also off the charts, and compared to the SL4 iteration of yesteryear, you'll experience a whole new, faster, and more efficient geometry. And of all the bikes that we've tested with our Rolling Efficiency Model, the new Roubaix outperforms anything on the market. Lastly, we spec'd the Roubaix Elite with 105 11-speed mechanical shifting, RS hydraulic disc brakes, and DT R470 Disc wheels that have been cased in our Turbo Pro 28mm tires. - Featuring our Rider-First Engineered design that ensures every frame size has the same legendary responsiveness and smooth ride quality that you'd expect from a Roubaix. The FACT 10r frameset holds its own with our high-end carbon offerings, with the ideal blend of light overall weight and targeted stiffness, while the all-new Future Shock "suspension" system at the cockpit delivers a revolutionary degree of comfort and control. - A Roubaix Disc fork is built from our FACT carbon fiber for supreme stiffness, strength, and reactivity, while a thru-axle design only stands to bolster all of the above. - Shimano 105 shifting gives you crisp, precise, and reliable shifts. The system is renowned for its durability, performing in adverse conditions with the batting an eyelash…if shifters had eyelashes, that is.

Who said that performance and comfort don't mix? It sure wasn't us, because our Ruby Elite combines the two in one seamless, unprecedented package. The frame is among the lightest that we've ever made, and it's been constructed from our superlative FACT 10r carbon fiber. Its stiffness levels are also off the charts, and compared to the SL4 iteration of yesteryear, you'll experience a whole new, faster, and more efficient geometry. Lastly, we spec'd it with a host of components that blur the lines between steadfast reliability and outright performance, like Shimano 105 11-speed shifting, powerful RS505 hydraulic disc brakes, strong DT R470 wheels, and a women's-specific saddle. - Featuring our Rider-First Engineered design that ensures every frame size has the same legendary responsiveness and smooth ride quality that you'd expect from a Ruby. The FACT 10r frameset is exceptional in every way, offering the ideal blend of light overall weight and targeted stiffness.

The last thing that you want is your bike holding you back from having the ride of your life. If you see rough roads or flowy singletrack, Specialized wants you to ride it, not think, "That looks fun, but I can't do it on this bike." They're tired of fun being restricted, and that's why they developed the Diverge Expert. Now, you can get out there and not only explore new roads, but entirely new rides—we promise that the bike won't be a limiting factor. There's only so much that wider tires with lower pressures can absorb, so Specialized implemented a new version of the Future Shock into the Diverge design. It not only soaks up bumps with ease, but provides extremely predictable handling. The frame, meanwhile, is topped off with a SRAM Force 1 groupset, hydraulic disc brakes, and Roval SLX 24 wheelset with 2Bliss Ready tires.

Adaptable to the terrain A flip chip on the rear dropout adjusts the wheelbase: short for quicker handling, or long for improved stability at speed. The long setting also allows for larger diameter tires up to 53mm. You can use the included dropper/suspension seatpost for added capabilities, or switch to a proprietary D-Fuse seatpost or traditional 30.9mm round seatpost.
